We no longer have narratives of where things are going - we have to get on with life without any stories - We humans belong to a place with origins, an interweaving with nature and animals. When living beings are torn out of a place - like catastrophes, wars, capitalism - other, new living environments emerge. A foreign space also causes changes in the landscape. Places are abandoned.

An observation of species, their scales and their environment. An interplay of temporal rhythms and sounds in which accumulating forms of life and options meet. The dialogue is inspired from texts by the philosopher Bruno Latour and a conversation with the biologist Cord Richelmann.
